What is Loop One Two and how does it work?

Loop One Two is a monthly kids holiday t-shirt subscription. Sign up and you will receive monthly shirts delivered to your door. No commitment, cancel anytime.

Can I choose my design?

No, that would ruin the surprise! We create one limited edition, gender neutral t-shirt each month.

If I sign up for a subscription, will it renew automatically?

Yes. Your subscription will automatically renew each month until you cancel. You can cancel at anytime by logging into your account. *Orders must be canceled before the billing date of the 5th.

Can I order multiple subscriptions?

Yes.  You can order as many subscriptions as you would like. Each t-shirt will ship separately in its own packaging.

Where are you located?

We are located in Jackson, Mississippi.

What are your shirts made of?

Our super soft shirts are made from a combination of airlume combed, and ring-spun cotton and polyester.

What holidays are included?

Typical shirt schedule:

January - Winter

February - Valentines

March - St. Paddy’s Day 

April - Easter

May - Spring

June - Summer

July - 4th of July

August - Back to school

September - Fall

October - Halloween

November - Thanksgiving

December - Christmas

Note: Occasionally Easter will fall in March.  When this occurs, Easter will replace St. Paddy’s day. (St. Paddy’s Day will be offered as an add on).

*Additional holidays & common dress up day shirts will be available as add ons or one time purchases.

How do I know what size to order?

Will the shirt shrink?

The shirts are pre-shrunk, so there should be little to no shrinking after washing.

My kid is growing so fast. Can I change the size?

Of course!  Simply log into your account here and edit the size for future orders. *Sizes must be edited before the processing date of the 5th.

What if the shirt doesn't fit?

Selecting the correct size can be difficult.  If you have chosen the wrong size, go into your account and edit your size.  If this is your first order, contact us and we will replace your shirt with the correct size.

Shipping

How do you ship?

We ship from Mississippi using USPS.

How do I track my order?

For monthly shipments, an email will be sent prior to shipping with tracking information.

Do you ship internationally?

No, unfortunately we do not at this time.

When can I expect my first monthly shirt?

If you ordered before the 15th, you will receive your first shirt on or before the 1st. For example: if you order on January 15th, you will receive your first shirt on or before February 1st.

If you place an order after the 15th, you will receive your first shirt the following month. For example: if you order on January 16th, you will receive your first shirt on or before March 1st.

When will monthly shirts arive?

Monthly shirts will arrive on or before the 1st. This way you can enjoy them all month!

What if I don't receive my order?

If you did not receive your shirt, first check to make sure your address is correct. To do this log into your account.

When will you bill me?
